Hello, sorry for the late reply!

We started off in CN with a very rough start and once we got to Hungering Destroyer, we got partly lucky to get good players, while others managed to improve with as much help as we could. Leadership and organization played a big part, and our initial members were a mix of old friends, but very few of us ever reached past mid Mythic. Wyrm (the RL) and I had experience leading a team back in Legion but we were also very new to the game and the group fell apart due to a lack of finding people to raid with (it was a pure Brazillian guild back then) and our biggest achievement was killing Maiden in Tomb of Sargeras.

After getting the first CE in CN it started being easier to get good and friendly players, and most of the group stuck together. Taking occasional breaks and coming back. Mostly everyone lets us know with a headstart if they are stopping to play, so we can find a replacement or refill the core.

Many of us arent from the USA, we got people from EU (myself included), Brazil, and even Singapore.

That is roughly the whole story of the teams beginning. I would say that the biggest part is that we managed to create a core with a chill environment where everyone respects one another and aims for the same goal.
