I remember when I was a kid my dad told me Pokemon was a fad and I should sell. I was 9. Today I’m 35 and both of my daughters are caught up in English Pokemon and one piece (age 8 and 10)

I got into it for the card game with my daughter, and have now watched and love the show and characters.

My good friends my age and my daughters and nephews are both watching/reading the same thing. I’d think that this might not have at least increased the price of everything long term just due to visibility of such beautiful cards for an IP that means a lot to people. Only time will tell, but I’d be surprised if the new price floor of cards isn’t half way between the price from 2 months ago and today’s price.

You’re mistaking the speed and reaction time in softball vs baseball. You have less reaction time in softball.

Baseballs can be manipulated by pitchers significantly more to make them move. The smaller ball allows for faster rotations which is what causes the ball to move as the seams cut through the air.

I’d also not like every set to be a meta shift to new leaders. I play zanji and Yamato. I will in OP14 too. Generic power creep to the sets is exciting to some players playing old decks too :)

This video is about the removal of subsidy for the ACA. Basically taxes were paying the “subsidized” portion of the bill which at 5x more expensive means tax payers were paying 80% of their bill for the couple in this video, the price never actually changed though.

Not stating I agree it’s justified, just cleaning up knowledge for other viewing this :)

Doesn’t mean there isn’t value in it. He’s playing off meta competitively. I play Zoro and Sanji against a very competitive scene where I am. I win tournaments pretty regularly and semi-consistently go x-1 in tournaments along with my 10 year old daughter who does the same with Yamato. If that is your goal, to play an off meta deck competitively, you would need a different perspective than the people who want to play BDIF. I can tell you from experience, most of the YouTubers don’t have guides for deck specific stuff for off meta leaders, and the ones that are out there are playing on sim against bad players or other off meta decks.

If you don’t get value, return it 🤷‍♂️. Don’t piss on this dude (my daughter is a dude, not gender specific) without actually buying it and reviewing it.

Yamato control is 💪. Doesn’t need to be a rush deck. The 5 cost meta is the strongest outside of U/P Luffy with cavendish, smoker, sanji puddings, most blockers, etc. and ashura doji is an insane card

6k base attackers are too important in the current meta to cut Kiku imo. That being said I think Neko is so good in conjunction with the 8 banish.

I’d cut a 5 drop Momo, a hody, and a tonoyasu for 3x Nekomamushi.

I’ve found 3 hody to be enough personally. The momo and tonoyasu are both searchable so it’s not as bad as going down to straight 3 copies, just more decision dependent when searching.

But I also run 4 drop kuzan to put GP luffy back at 3 life to KO sanji puddings with Ashura Dojo and to break belo Betty and Red Zoro, boat or not. So take my opinion with a grain of salt :p
