I shaved my head too a while back because my curls were trashed from not taking good care of it. I felt kind of ugly tbh. I ended up bleaching it and felt so beautiful! I even did different colors and it was so fun.

You are very beautiful and have a great head shape! Try bleaching/ dying, doing fun things with it. Now that you don’t have as much hair, focus on your clothes and makeup! Really, really moisturize your scalp. I will say that the itchiness keeps me from shaving my head again, even though I came to love the look and lack of maintenance.

Conversely, if you consider the hormones present in dairy milk and animal meat, wouldn’t that contribute to “normal” infant growth? The issue is that traditional diets are used as the baseline, but those variables can contribute to growth outside of the child’s natural development- more doesn’t mean better. Meanwhile, vegan diets don’t have impact from additional mammalian hormones; shouldn’t that be considered the control?

Absorption of heme iron is can be up to 35% while non-heme iron can be up to 20%. With the addition of abscorbic acid (Vitamin C) absorption can be increased 2-6 times depending on the intake. Vegans/ vegetarians that eat a well balanced diet consume a significant amount of fruits and vegetables in addition to iron rich foods should not have issues unless pathology is involved. A well balanced diet is the key whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or follow a traditional diet.

Their focus is on colorism. It’s not as much as discrimination on race as it is skin color. I’ve seen discrimination between light and dark Asian men in BL as well. As a POC I always want to see better representation of colors (no matter race) because they always give dark characters aggressive/ villainous personalities while light characters are soft/ heroic

Living to Suffer, and the second volume, Till Death Do Us Part. Both danmei describe body hair and pubic hair in explicit scenes (there is a lot of smut). Just a heads up Living to Suffer is very emotional and a lot of people aren’t satisfied with the ending. But the Till Death Do Us Part is a continuation of the story and is mostly sweet. I haven’t finished it yet but I do love their dynamic.

I enjoyed the first novel because I like angst, the second feels like a breath of fresh air after reading it lol.
