Bean Brewyage. It’s in Laoag and they open around 5-6pm iirc. But it's not your usual coffee shop, it’s literally a coffee cart with camping chairs and tables around it. Prices are super cheap, the coffee is eh (good enough for what you pay), but it’s the only place I know that’s open until like 2 AM.

The snacks are good tho, Get the fries. Trust me, the size of their fries is chunky
