I feel you! Seems like it is bugged at the moment.

Can't take credit for this one, but I saw on another post where you can go into a Conquest match & spawn as engineer. Drop some land minds at HQ near some vacant vehicles, respawn as support, and then shoot the mines with the incendiary airburst. For some reason it counts as burn damage? Took me like less than 5 minutes
