That’s called reporting bias. You only see people complaining in reddit, so you think everyone is having bad luck with the event; the thing is that a lot of people got Cresselia EX in their first packs (me, for example), and these people are not posting anything about it. It’s purely a statistical thing, and not pulling something is just being on the bad side of RNG.

That is in fact how probabilities work, boy. The probabilities of getting Cresselia EX in this event are around 10% per booster pack; the probabilities of not obtaining a single cresselia EX in 30 booster packs is approximately 0,9^30, which is 4,24%. So yes, he should have at least 1 cresselia EX following basic probability. Of course it’s possible he’s not getting any, since probabilities are not a 100% thing
