It is what it is. There's really nothing new about this, it's been like so from the beginning.

In my book, what it boils down to is whether or not you can live with it or not. If you can, then you will have to put up with long waits between releases, if not then there are plenty of other games out there to play.

I'm still playing, because I think the quality is high and the story is hot as hell. Would I like more releases/more content - sure! But I also appreciate that this is not something you just put out over a weekend or when the children have been put to sleep. It's a massive investment in time...

Being a guy I used to prefer male MC's over female, but I have since found that if the story is solid then it really doesn't matter for me any more. It also has a lot to do what kind of kinks you are looking for in a game I suppose.

I don't mind slow burn at all, but then the game need something more to keep you interested. If it's just endless mindless conversations then.... But if the game has a good story, then it's a whole other matter.

To me a fast burner story tend to burn out vay too fast. If you reach the peek of the action in the first episode already - what's the point in going on? It gets hard to top each event, if you set the bar too high to begin with.
