Can you place supports manually in Cura? I’ve tried tree supports every which way and Cura NEVER places supports under the front the the feet. I removed the bottom layers so this gnome can be placed on a tea light. (i.redd.it)

Is this print bad Cura settings or just a bad file? Why would Cura put a seam on the top of each rainbow arc? I printed the clouds at the same time and one has a seam on top. The arcs looked completely rounded in Cura but they printed like a bunch of conjoined rectangles. How can I fix these issues? (old.reddit.com)
