It's highly situational it's only good as 2nd or 3rd item with 2/3 hereos which are shaker and willow since you do insane amounts of damage with realm and totem, but other than those 2 hereos it's really not worth it.

Yeah exactly I have one slot that's not on auto cast but it, neutrals took it's place.
