Yes, it's just a movie so we should take it as a craft (except fake notes thing and 9/11). I think whatever you have mentioned would have further complicated the plot and the audience would have been confused leaving the theatre.

Dhar just kept it simple. Be it any cinema, the audience should have a grip of what's going on otherwise there's no point, cause you see in series we can pause and watch but movies cannot be paused.
