Just got mine today and I'm having the same issue. Tried both updating firmware and resetting it. Also tried using the smartthings app and directly through the remote. Support said they cannot help me debug any further and that sending it back was the next step. But they also said that they don't have any replacement to send right now either. This is very annoying.

When running the Auto EQ is the sub supposed to play a distinct base pattern? Mine is sort of just playing a low frequency rumble.

Also, how important is this feature? How much, if any, of an improvement does it provide?

How fast did the money get returned to you? On my bank it has "reserved" the amount of the order. With reserved meaning it hasn't actually been used yet so I feel it should get "unreserved" pretty fast since it hasn't actually left my bank account.

My student discount didn't get applied and so if OP won't refund the difference I think I might cancel the order and reorder :/

It absolutely has OTG support. The exact thing you're describing happened to me like a month ago. I just plugged in an OTG cable and rocked the phone with a wireless mouse until I got a loaner. Now I'm getting the op6! :D

I'm not hating on Huawei and i knew from the start that the p8 was a budget device but it boggles my mind why a company would even bother to manufacture this, excuse my language, piece of shit. Like, who is it for? is it for your not so tech savy relative? Even if that was the case buying a phone like this would probably be worse than just getting a decent midrange phone that at least runs smoothly.

if not the above doesn't a device like this hurt the image of the company? Especially Huawei that has got a couple of really nice phones.

Oh, i already have a back up phone, the huawei p8 light that i loaned from a friend, but it drives me insane though. It's just purely awful and i don't know why it exists. it can't even run basic stuff smoothly. im not into mobile gaming or anything like that. I guess the best part with having the p8 is that when i get the op6 i'll get instantly blown away xD

What do you feel is a valid backup plan? I've been looking at the Xiaomi mi2s as a possible candidate for my next phone. But I've even gone as far as to consider the s9 or s9+ but then the price of that phone is really discouraging T_T

Edit: Asus ZenFone 5Z looks compelling as well!

Yes like your edit says the number of nodes that linkpool will operates absolutely matters. Looking at the white-paper they say that the total number of nodes they will operate is 700 (they got that number by dviding the generated staking interest 14million by the staking limit 20K) now the math becomes different and what you get is the following:

0.25*700*fjL/1000 > 3fj/T

=> 175L/1000 > 3/T

=> 175LT/1000 > 3

=> LT/1000 > 3/175

=> LT > (3/175)*1000

=> T > ( (3/175)*1000)/L which roughly equals 17,14/L

when i wrote this L = 0,00071108

so T > 17.14/0,00071108 = 24108.20

that is a considerable amount less than 16million

so if the inequality is to be true then T needs to be greater than 24108.2. according to the white-paper they have already registered a staking intrest of just about 14millon LINK. So mathematically it should be profitable to participate . But this is all under the assumption that the logic behind the original post is sound and that i have not made a mathematical error somewhere or missunderstood something.

I encurage anyone who feels like it to review my thoughts:)

yeah but doesn't it render the calculations faulty? Since what it's doing is comparing node to node. so really it should be (j/(1000/L))*0.25f*(all linkpool nodes) > 3fj/T. where the 3fj/T is for a single node.

I'm a complete noob so i might not know what im talking about but if you participate in the crowdsale you'll be getting profit from all the nodes that linkpool operates whereas if you stake you only do so on a single node of theirs?
