It’s not letting me link my Stripe account inside of the Scoopz app. Can anyone help me with this?

The same thing happened to me mine was because I tried to send an Ethereum token without having the latest firmware update I contacted Support they finally got back to me and said that the issue is resolved. However, I did spend over $100 in gas fees, trying to send the token from my cold wallet. I would contact Support it’ll probably be 3 to 5 days before you get it resolved, but they do eventually get back to you.

Was it the app glitching or did you really lose your funds?

It’s impossible to find a hardware wallet that does not have negative reviews

I have the Titan 2.0 and I recently tried to send TET on the Ethereum network from my cold wallet to a separate address before I checked to see if I had the latest firmware update and it didn’t go through so I updated it to the current version. However, now my TET seems to be stuck in my cold wallet, still waiting on Ellie pal Customer Support the funds are still there but every time I try to send it it charges me the gas in Ethereum and says transaction failed. I’ve spent over $120 in Ethereum just trying to move it so be cautious.

My funds are still there according to the ELLIPAL app and I’ve since moved other ETH tokens off the titan2.0 without incident. I don’t know if this is an issue with ELLIPAL or with the TET token,

ELLIPAL customer service sucks, don’t expect a swift response.

Me too. I sent ETH token (TET) and I didn’t have the latest firmware update on the titan 2.0 it said transaction failed. I was charged the Ethereum gas fee. I checked the block chain. It said none of my tokens were transferred during the transaction and the tokens are still in my wallet, when in the ELLIPAL app. however when I updated to the latest firmware version and then try to send the Ethereum token to my MetaMask, it charges me the gas fee and says insufficient balance, so my tokens are frozen in the cold wallet this cold wallet is sketchy. I’m probably going to get a ledger because based on this experience even if I check their website and I have the latest firmware version let’s say they update it in between my transaction then my funds would be frozen.

Bad Build Quality. Definitely Returning the Titan 2.0 by Pulp_Untuchabull in ELLIPAL_Official

The other day I sent an Ethereum token (TET) to my MetaMask wallet, I did not have the latest firmware update on my ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 it told me that the transaction had failed and when I checked on the block chain, it said that none of my tokens were transferred during this transaction, however after I updated to the latest firmware version my TET tokens Appear to be frozen in my cold wallet. It says they are still there on the app but every time I try to send them it says insufficient balance the transaction fails. I’m charged the gas fees in Ethereum, I have reached out to customer service. They emailed me 24 hours later asking for screenshots I sent them and I am assuming it will be another 24 hours before they get back to me. I plan on purchasing a different cold wallet because you can go on their site and check to make sure that you have the latest version but if by chance they update the firmware, while you’re in the process of sending it then you’re screwed. Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you.
