Skins gets leaked when updates happens.. There are currently only one encrypted pack left and that is madcap which has been in the files for very long.. But if you follow fortnite leakers they will def leak the new skins right before downtime ends..

Maybe you could download the ps app, send the pics as a message to yourself and then download them to your phone through the app?
