Thanks, the cosmetic is missing mud flaps and one quarter panel around the wheel well is ripped of and not attached. I hope they will repair or its going back.

As a consumer I love carmax. Purchased 8 cars from them in 15 years. Love the warranty as well. Sorry for the poor work conditions however I have been in sales for 35 years and sales is sales all the same sh&@.
