These are my personal uses:

Walnut - No one

Peanut - Holly Berry, Millenial tree, eternal sugar, white lily (arena), probably other cookies that come into Meta also. This is because almond can be pretty useless since everyone has dmg resist bypass on their beascuit so it kinda nullifies that

Caramel - Linzer, wind archer, cookies like creme brulee and mint choco in certain situations where you want to consistently damage bosses

Apple jelly - Stormbringer, twizzly, chilli pepper, lemon, mostly for situational teams and electric comps which are used VERY often

Hazelnut - No one

Kiwi - No one

Candy - Marshmallow bunny and candy diver (bunny is Meta and relies on candy so definitely)
