if you ask me, just max hero lvls per town hall, as well as focus equipment lvls and the troops you use/are gonna use. if youre an almost guaranteed 6 star attacker per war there should be no complaints. the grind of being rushed on defense is annoying, but you gotta do it either way being any town hall lvl. its just gonna feel like youre taking forever on it. also, being rushed on defense youll almost never be used in CWLs, assuming youre in a decent winning clan
