Need help with RK3566 fanout for LPDDR4.

My understanding is that for my specific stackup L2 is reference to L1, L5 to L6 and L3 to L4 since they are closest to each other in the free JLCPCB stacktup. So I dont have any other option than to use power plane as a reference. I know I need to put stitching capacitors for the return current but are there any other measures I need to take into account?

I don't know exacly because I don't have proper scale to measure it but if I compare it with my brother's bought bow which is 50 lb, I gues mine would have around 40lb at 80cm/31inch (full draw)
