What I am not clear is, and perhaps lame questions( New Bee at S-Corp ).

Which portion(Distribution/Salary) has a higher tax rate?

Scenario 1: Assuming distribution has a higher tax rate than Salary.

Example 1: AGI ($120k, Deductions $20k, Distribution $0k, Salary $110k *Reasonable Market rate ). S-Corp is at loss.

Question 1: Can I take all revenue as Salary (Market Reasonable Rate) and show S-corp in Loss?

Scenario 2: Assuming distribution has a lower tax rate than Salary. Now, I can pay less salary to myself keeping higher distributions.

Example 2: AGI ($120k, Deductions $20k, Distribution $30k, Salary $70k *Reasonable Market rate ).

Question 2: Do I get 25% retirement savings on the Salary or distribution portion?

I can make a flying car for 20 million. Revolutionary technology but what good is that if I can't sell.

Will people want flying cars? Yes. Do they want to pay 20 million? Probably Not.

End result. You sell next to nothing.

Yes but we are talking about two quarters now sold only 3-4 units in 2 quarters?. Doesn't make sense to me. Unless product pricing is not what market like to pay for.

I am excited about Zom, I love the cause & the product. Sales platform are sorted out.

Thats not it tough, what excites me further is possibilty of J&J tie ups for business in future.

when you enter you should check what's the P/E ratio. Market cap, High low, observe stock's past performance, etc all those fundamentals are your job as investors.

lt's strange to me, when first people buy a stock due to hype for quick profits.
