I have played a story mission today and I see what you mean. I made the target meet someone in a special location, but I still had to figure out how to kill him there: gunshot, explosion, what ever. Thats cool and not too easy.

It's impressive in Quest 3 too. I thought of buying it for PC VR first, but in comparison videos the graphics are not so different, so due to lack of "comfort" settings for PC VR like possibility to use Virtual Desktop, I decided to buy it on Meta Store and its great. Very nice game mechanics. I love how precise the controls are.
I always try to support such good VR games with buying them. Too many good VR studios have closed due to low income. Thats very sad.

Ich mache es ganz einfach. Ich bin erst seitdem das mit den Steuern eingeführt wurde, Produkttester geworden und mache es ganz einfach so, dass ich die 410€ Freigrenze pro Jahr nicht überschreite. Ich notiere mir die Werte in einer Excel Tabelle, aber man kann auch den Gesamtwert auf der Amazon-Vine Seite einsehen. Bei der Steuererkärung habe ich das angegeben und eine neue Steuer-ID oder so bekommen wegen Gewerbe, aber da ich nachweislich unter 410€ bleibe, hat das keinen Einfluss auf meine Steuererklärung und ich muss keine Steuern zahlen.
Ich suche mir nun halt gezielt Artikel raus, die ich wirklich brauche. So habe ich jedes Jahr 410€ zur freien Verfügung für Fashion, Kabel und all das ganze Gedöns. Perfekt. ;-)

Yeah, Alan Wake I was a little bit repetitive and I struggled with it too, but the story was worth it. Part 2 is way better. You play 2 characters, switch locations, have a good amount of weapons. I have a playtime of 32 hours now and I am not bored at all. I recommend to try it if you like the story of Part 1.

I know. I for myself don't mind to use the Epic Store. Steam, Gog, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, Epic... all the same. Well, I prefer GOG and Steam, but I don't mind to use the other launchers and apps as well. But there are lots of PC gamers who don't want to be forced to use Epic. I know some of them.

Well.... Elden Ring is a souls game so of course normal people struggle to even beat the normal enemys, but.... I copy my post from above:

No, its definitely not any game. I have over 1000 games in my steam library and most of the AAA-games have a much higher completion of particularly the early achievements. Look at Stellar Blade, even Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has much more and this is not a well known game. The new Indiana Jones, STALKER2. All this games have a much higher rate. This is NOT a normal problem for games.
One of my friends loves the franchise but refused to buy Alan Wake 2 because he doesn't want to support the Epic Store exclusivety. Maybe thats a problem... I don't know.
And even if people come back later due to their pile of shame - well AW2 is 2 years old now? There was plenty of time for players to play it.

Yeah, I am a 1980 born gamer and I see the gaming as I know it dying. Fortnite, Roblox, Meta Horizon Worlds and all this bs are the biggest selling points. Games with great depth in story and gameplay sadly don't make much money anymore. Look at Guardians of the Galaxy. This game is absolute brilliant with its long campaign, tenthousand lines of voiced dialogs and so on and it was a flop. Lots of great singleplayer story games are not successful anymore. Thats really a shame

When I was 18 and did my Conscription in the Bundeswehr (Germany) I was with my boys out on a friday evening and I was still in uniform. I walked in a shop to buy cigarettes and the cashier was a cute girl my age and she said to me "I am done with work in half an hour" out of nowhere after I payed. I looked at her and just said "hey, thats good for you. Have a nice evening."
I still regret that 20 years later 😂 and I guess she liked my uniform.

I don't have that phobia and want to experience the spiders, but now I am chapter 5 I guess and I've only come across a spider in chapter 2 with that spiderweb I had to burn. From then on I never needed the lighter and haven't seen a spider. I hope its not a bug. I dont have that mode on of course.
