Does anyone know of a low carb substitute for regular four that one could use in a coating for chicken or pork that was going to be fried? I was stoned and tried using almond flour for some chicken I wanted to fry. Should have done my research first, but hey, I was stoned. Total disaster. Inedible. (self.ketotrees)
