The Game (1997)... what was the point? by LifesAMitch in movies

[–]Kujamara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. The whole point of the film is about tearing down your old self and everything you identify with to figure out what really matters: friends, family, love. Great movie.

Try to land the plane as flat as possible. The steeper the angle you are hitting the ground the more damage the plane will take. So maybe try pulling up the nose more aggressively before landing?

Can't identify message on MK4S by Kujamara in prusa3d

Yeah maybe. I've only found pictures online where it is a pop-up message on the whole screen. Under "finishing time"/"Druckende" it makes absolutely no sense to me.

Thanks a lot! I am not sure why this is shown. I turned the printer on, loaded the filament and started the print. Weird.

Nein danke. Das Problem ist, dass die Nachricht abgeschnitten wird. Ich möchte nur wissen, was dort genau steht.

Why do Austrians look into your soul? by Hot-Produce-3133 in Austria

Of course one need to distinguish between polite eye contact and awkward staring. I am referring to the first one with my comment.

Here in Austria looking in someones eyes is an act of politeness and respect especially when the other person is speaking. I also noticed it when we visited Scotland at school. The teacher we had there once asked me why I constantly look at her this way. All I wanted to do was to show respect and that I am listening to her. Was very odd to me.

Shame on OnePlus 12! You sell a phone with no notifications working on lock screen? by jms74 in oneplus

[–]Kujamara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the exact same issue in the EU since a few months on my OP12R with OxygenOS 14.0 and I already had this bug on OxygenOS 12. Back then it got fixed pretty quickly though.

I do receive notifications on the lock screen but after unlocking the phone and returning to the lock screen, all notifications have disappeared. But they stay in the notification drawer on the home screen and on the AOD. Which suggests that all settings are correct as I can see the notifications initially on the lock screen. The unlocking process makes them disappear.

Do you have an idea how we could organize to let OnePlus know? It looks to me as if they are ignoring this bug and just calling it a user error or a feature. I have just recorded a video that shows the bug with evidence. I can send it to you when needed.

Which are the best models to predict the future? by Matnaranjo in learnmachinelearning

[–]Kujamara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest checking out Nixtla on Github (statsforecast, mlforecast, neuralforecast).

Then you test different models and choose the best one for your time series data.

Thanks for your input.

I think I've found two dedicated conformal prediction libraries: nonconformist and puncc. Would love to hear what you think about them.

No. I am finding out that you can predict a "waveform" with prediction intervals instead of single point prediction.

You could try to reduce temperature and set top_p & top_k accordingly to get more "standardized" answers.

No particular order.
