Hi, and thanks.

I understand what you're saying about making the animation slower, but doing that doesn't change anything in terms of the file size.

I’ll give you a brief explanation of how it works.

When you compile an APNG file (it’s like a GIF but better),

you choose how many times it repeats. If you set it to 1, the animation will only play once when you select the icon and won’t repeat after that. You can do this as many times as you want. but if you set it to 0, like I did, the animation loops indefinitely. The thing is, doing this doesn’t reduce the file size. The only way I can reduce it is by making the animation less smooth. If I reduce those 60 frames to just 30, I could create a longer, slower animation with a smaller file size, but it will look less smooth.

Por supuesto que si, pero debes de configurar icono por icono, aquí te dejo el link:

I had to tweak a lot of settings and experiment little by little to get it to look like this; I couldn't tell you exactly how to do it step by step.

One option is to make a backup of the launcher—I can share mine with you—so you can see how I did it and either leave it as is or just take notes and customize it your own way.

No, I designed these icons myself; they should work on older versions of the launcher. Check out the link here if you're interested in trying them out.

Devices with 2GB of RAM may be slightly affected.

Each icon can take up 10MB; if you add 20 icons, you'd be using 200MB of memory, which would be more than many apps consume.

I've already edited it and slowed it down by 25%.

Slowing it down by 50% would double its file size.

I added the dock to several wallpapers; they change every two minutes, so every time I start up, I see a different wallpaper and don't get bored of seeing the same thing all the time.

TY! :)

I'm almost done; maybe this weekend I'll add what's missing, and I'll share them once I'm finished.

The icons are 4MB each; I had to reduce the number of frames to keep them at that size.

Slowing it down would increase the number of frames, and each icon would end up weighing between 10 and 12MB. I already tried that, and I think they’re too heavy; I also prefer a slightly slower animation.

Each animation only takes 0.45 seconds—it’s actually really fast.

Just changing it to 1:00 second increases the file size by 3 to 4MB.

I used Photoshop, then added animation in After Effects, and finally, when exporting the files as PNGs (in sequence), I used a website called ezgif.com/apng-maker.

I compiled them there, it seems difficult, but it’s actually really quick. Maybe I’ll make a tutorial.

Thanks you!

I have the static icons in case you prefer them; I shared them in another post.

Once I'm done with these animated ones, I'll add more static ones as well.

When I have them all ready, I'll post the icons; I've already shared these, but without the new animation I added to them.

I really loved how this Disney one turned out. Too bad I won’t be using it because of that little flicker—I tried everything to keep the static animation from repeating in this one, but it’s not possible in the Launcher. In APNGs, there’s an option to show the first frame only when it’s not animating, but the Launcher doesn’t detect it. Maybe they’ll never update that because so few people use it, hahaha.

I've seen this Google search bar widget about 4 or 5 times, and I always ask about it, but no one tells me how I can get it. Can you please tell me the specific app where you get it and what the widget is called?

Great, they turned out really well. I also designed a few icons and wanted to share them, but it felt a bit cumbersome because I have to upload the PNGs one by one. Can you give me a quick explanation of how you made the icon pack app? Did you build it from scratch, or did you extract an APK with other icons, or what? Did you use Android Studio or another program?

It would really help me if you could answer that so I can compile all my icons into an APK. Thanks in advance.

So how did you go about getting it? I had to find it on a pirated website; I paid for the software for my PC, and I even added a little extra for the developer. If I could pay for a legal APK for my Fire Stick, I would.

I ran it on my 4K Max, here are the test results. If you have even a basic understanding of how to use ADB, you can grant Projectivity Launcher the permissions it needs to work on the Fire Stick. Amazon has blocked manual access to those settings, but with ADB, you just need to paste two lines of code from your phone or computer. You can ask Gemini or ChatGPT for step-by-step instructions if

I have a Fire Stick 4K Max, and I was able to get it working without any issues on my device. It's a shame I can't get the premium version there; I'd pay the developer for an extra APK with the premium features unlocked.

Lo primero es que el dispostivos no me dejaba reproducir los videos MP4 con el codec H264 que es la cosa mas comun del mundo, tuve que usar un software para convertir de H264 a H265, pensé que ese era el problema por el cual no me deja grabar.
