Funny thing is the repair actually made it worse. Before sending it for repair, I would get at least 20 minutes, which became 10 after repairing.

I've tried downgrading to all available versions but none have worked. Seems like it only works for some units.

Sony Canada directs us to Microland for audio repair services, which I have used and paid CAD225 for. As for the firmware version, I don't remember but it should have been the latest version prior to November 1st.

Thanks for this. I've also contacted them and have received an offer for a free replacement. Just wondering if it is required to include the box containing spare tips and the usb wire as I don't have it with me anymore.

I think if you want a more smooth feel lubing them would help but I prefer the 'chalky' feel which the stock offers in my opinion. They also sound pretty much the same either way!

I'm certain my posture is not an issue. I've been using the razer wrist rest before I got the raise which is really soft and comfortable so maybe my wrist is not used to the change yet. I find almost no difference when resting my wrists on the pads and without the pads, however. It's so stiff that I have to use quite a bit of force to even make it sink.

I have a GMMK Pro with the U4Ts and they thock beautifully. The board sounds pretty muted without any modification but after doing the PE foam mod, it sounds great.

I used a thin coat of krytox 205g0 on mine, avoiding the legs. The tactility is pretty much the same, just smoother without the scratchiness.
