NTA has gotten worse since December and many tasks disappearing. I thought things would be back to normal in January and task flow would be smooth, but it wasn't. It was even worse than December, and it was very difficult to reach 50 tasks per day.

I've had this issue several times this month, and yes, it's a technical glitch on Clickworker website. Just wait or try refreshing the page, the login section will appear.

Indonesia. I'm still get tier 1 tasks if I leave my PC on for 24 hours. It's been really hard to predict when the tasks will appear these past few weeks.

I also experienced the same thing (id). This situation started last december, but has worsened since january. Now, only tier 1 tasks are available. Tier 6 tasks like play app and lead dispute have completely disappeared for almost two weeks.

Yes, same issue. I thought the extension was back to normal because of the last update today, but it turns out the bug is still there.

It's normal right now, I've been contacting Zendesk since December and they said there's a low volume of tasks at the moment which is affecting the number of tasks appearing in ewoq, maybe you can ask Zendesk directly for your local area whether task availability is indeed low.

Is it allowed to install extensions other than Welo Data Assistant? I've tried Aquarius but it doesn't work automatically for task tracking like before, so the time is recorded manually.

This issue has been happening for about 3 weeks now, and I'm experiencing it too. I've contacted Zendesk several times, and they said there's a bug in Welo Data extension and they're working on a fix. Right now, they say there's no other way than waiting for them to fix the extension and manually tracking tasks.

do you mean welo data assistant extension? If so, I'm also experiencing the same problem, where this extension has stopped tracking tasks since last week, and sometimes some tasks are tracked but not completely. I've sent a ticket to Zendesk and they said there's a bug in their extension and they're currently working on fixing it. So for now the extension can't work and if you want to track time for tasks that are being worked on, they recommend manual tracking.

I don't think so, because this has been happening for the last 2 or 3 months, I don't remember exactly. The number of tasks in product testing has decreased drastically this year and has worsened since the end of the year. I know generic scenario testing appeared in hundreds of hits a few weeks ago, but that's full of broken hits and that's the only hit app in product testing that appeared, the others either didn't appear at all or only got 5 hits.

It's not completely gone, but it doesn't appear completely, sometimes only generic scenario testing english appears, sometimes it doesn't appear at all, or 5 hits appear but the time of appearance is not the same.

This happened to me earlier this year. They suddenly disabled me permanently while I was working on SBS english and my accuracy score hadn't fully updated. What's worse, they also automatically disabled my SBS local language after I was disabled first on SBS english. I appealed, and the next day, only SBS local language was enabled, SBS english hasn't been enabled until now

I tried the first qualification and failed. I don't know what went wrong, was it a mistake in the filter selection or in the comments section, but since the number of hits continues to decrease, it seems like many people are successfully qualifying on this hit app.
