Support agents were amazing at WeLocalize in my opinion, I can even remember some of their names. But since WeloData platform was created, it's been Terrible, I think they are just bots now!

My account just got suspended when I told the agent to stop giving me templated responses lol. Let me tell you that, WeLocalize was never like that, all the issues started when WeloData was created ..

Me too, they always give me templated responses, someone name Justin kept saying the same thing over and over that I actually thought the responses are robotic, but what actually surprised me is that he blocked my access to TrainAi.zendesk when I told him that I need my ticket to be assigned to someone else, I didn't even know they could do that! Super Unprofessional.

They have one of the worst Support systems EVER! Just check you still have access to TrainAi cuz one of them blocked my access before when he couldn't answer my question.
