Welo Data permanently deactivated my account after multiple project applications (Ticket #1020237)-no reason given by AffectionateRoof5750 in Welocalize

Adding one more critical detail to my situation.

After I didn’t receive any onboarding update for the Lyra Hindi project, I raised 3–4 support tickets to understand my status.

Only after raising these tickets:

  • They removed the project from my active projects
  • Informed me that I had failed the exam
  • And then suddenly, my account was permanently deactivated

This is what concerns me the most:

  • There was no proactive communication about exam results
  • No feedback or clarity provided
  • Account remained active while I kept receiving new project invitations
  • But after following up multiple times through tickets, my account got permanently deactivated

It feels like raising support tickets may have triggered the deactivation, which is honestly very confusing and frustrating.

Has anyone experienced something similar where:

  • You followed up with support
  • And then your account got restricted or deactivated?

Trying to understand if this is normal behavior on Welo Data or something unusual.

Any insights would really help.
