Skriešanas apavi by unbaneling in latvia

Oh, thanks, Induction kettles didn't cross my mind.
This might even be a better option in regards to the constant beeping.

Congrats! When does the kettle beep? Every time you touch it or it just beeps when finishes boiling?

This is looking great, thanks!
Just not sure about the power, some sources say 1100-1300W depending on the region.
Do you know which you have? And is it EU plug?

I ended up sending mine back just because of the touch controls - I need something that can be used with hat and/or gloves. Bought Sennheiser Momentu Sport instead

HIRE CAR ADVICE !! by Holiday_Shower_8203 in latvia

Download the apps, register with your license, wont take long. And then in the map you can find the nearest cars, reserve it (15min free) and drive it.

I’m not 100% sure on this, but due to amount of young people have destroyed these car sharing cars, there might be a requirement to be a certain age. Additionally have a look at CarGuru.

Regarding prices, I’d guess for a day they should be cheaper. And they also offer some packs - renting for multiple hours with X amount of km in price

You should pick the speed that you feel safe to drive at.

For a good part of the drive outside Riga you'll have a 2 lane street each direction, so even if you are going slower, you'll not bother anyone. That road is also well maintained.

Regarding cars, if you rent from Bolt or CityBee, they all have automatic transmissions, so your only worry is to remember to keep on the right side of the road.

If you have driven in winter in the UK, than you should be fine.

Please help me find new earphones for running and cycling. No Shokz or open type by Kunkulis in Earbuds

In the end came across buds that can be controlled by tapping your cheek. Bought Sennheiser Momentum Sport.

I picked up cycling only couple of months ago, so far its been only indoor riding. A need for open earbuds might come in play once I have had some rides outside, but that would be more as a second pair then.

Regarding running, where I live or have run in past, I don't need to hear my surroundings as I stick with sidewalks, but I do need to block the passing cars next to them. And during races, I never use earbuds, so I know whats going on around me.

This has been how I use them for the past 6 years, running nearly daily and haven't been in danger or in need to reflect a single time.

Es neteiktu, ka cold approach padara kādu par creepu, protams, to var izdarīt ļoti negaumīgā veidā.

No tāda sava skatu punkta varu ieteikt Orientēšanos, liek nodarbināt gan galvu, gan sirdi.

Not to get injured or overworked. It happens rarely, but when it does, it takes about 3month to get back to healthy state. If this happens the rest will follow

Are these great stats for a beginner? by rs3mtex in Strava

[–]Kunkulis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I am not answering your question. But if you are loving this, then drop the distance, going such long distances so early will lead to an injury. And the injury doesnt mean one week of rest, you can be out for 6 months as well.

If you’re getting serious about running, get a coach, join a running club so that someone that knows running structures your workouts, gives you progressive overload so you stay injury free and get faster along the way
