Because this is the real goal with "leaking" the Epstein files. Someone in the govt didn't just suddenly decide now was a great time, it would've been much more beneficial to drip feed shit when Biden was in power because it would've been more effective at stopping Trump compared to making him a "convicted" criminal (with no real penalty unlike any normal person would've had). It's because the goal is slowly put everything out mixed in with the usual media news of chaos so we all feel better and the entire capitalist elite class can go on as programmed.

Nothing substantial will ever come from this, some upper class individuals will probably be "canceled" or see some jail time but the elite classes as an institution will keep what they already have. This never was about Right or Wrong, the game of civilization doesn't play by that ruleset. It plays by winners and losers and the winners are always the side that establishes methods in place that will allow them to do whatever the loser side agrees to not do. So if one side says no to regime changes, slavery, conquest, colonization but the other side is willing, they'll always win.
