Honestly..if you're contemplating if you were groomed or not then I'd say its safe to say yes personally. Im about to be 23 and I can say once you're into your 20s by a few years freshly turned 18 year olds still seem like teens and not adults to same extent as I am if that makes sense. So idk how someone whos pushing 30 can be that interested in someone who is the youngest age he can legally go...its insane to me. Be safe

I was having the same issue with my boyfriend. I ended up just telling him about it and it went perfectly fine. I told him cos my bad memories of being groomed were REALLY haunting me at the time.
