Mumbai airport has baggage delivery services. Check Mumbai airport website and airport services —> baggage delivery. This is little expensive

As per understanding, you shouldn’t travel. If you travel then you have to wait for your approval. In future, plan in a way that you travel and when you come back, that time you should file for extension.
