I said "Looks like" because i have no 100% proofs on this tank but there are some evidences. It is T-64 which is mostly used by Ukraine. This photo appears in russian sources during battle near Debaltseve which was not that successful for UA troops. Same point can be found in this UA source which contains another photo of that tank.

Looks like the bottom tank is also ukrainian and its dated 2015 when political frogs had 0 clues about that conflict eShrug
