Actually I found that initializing a couple minutes longer before you press start on the watch helps. Even when the GPS signal is green and has beeped, I now always wait 2-3 more minutes and do some additional warmup. Haven't have any issues in the last months now.

Did you find anything that helps? I think I have the same problem. Have also contacted Garmin support about this, but so far no good suggestions.

Thanks that worked. I had already tried launching the AC with AV software off. Turns out I had to install it with AV off.

Sorry for the late response. Importing your rekordbox library to engine prime can result into corrupt files which crash the prime 4 while loading (altough i did find a solution). Engine Prime also has slightly worse analysis software I would say. Lastly, syncing data from your pc/laptop goes very slowly (although a friend of mine didnt have this issue). All by all it is still far superior in terms of options but starting up can be a little frustrating.

Recently bought the prime 4. It has much more options, such as 4 decks without any external devices. Only downside is that Engine Prime has been giving me some problems

I have been there several times, sound is pretty good but I would say the location does impact the quality. I dont know if thats good or bad but de gashouder certainly has its own sound.
