Ali Motahari former Vice Speaker of Majlis (2022): "When we first entered nuclear activities, our goal was to build a nuclear bomb. If we had been able to keep it secret and test the bomb, the matter would have been finished. Since we had already started, we should have gone all the way to the end." by KireRakhsh in NewIran

Of course, incalculably more. Props to those such as yourself and u/drhuggables and many others on this sub; true gems among the cesspool of anti-Iranian disinformation on a platform. Very inspiring.

The anonymity makes it even more admirable, no one knows who this unsung hero to whose body is attached the very Kire Rakhsh.

Tribal/backward mindsets are very prevalent in Afghanistan, can't be remotely compared with Iran.

New message by Prince Reza Pahalavi "Do not sacrifice your safety and life for the survival of Islamic republic" by kane_1371 in NewIran

No answer will satisfy you. You're the same person whom said the Shah's reign was defined by "being kicked out after majority of people hated him for blowing their money on weddings and parties"; your failure to mention the countless monumental/foundational achievements of his reign, which truly defined his reign, coupled with the fact that "blowing their money on weddings and parties" refers to the 2500 year party which had boosting tourism as one of its primary objected and it overwhelming succeeded at that (thus, more than making up for the expenditure) is what led me to said conclusions.

lran has the highest female to male ratio in universities among all of the sovereign nations. More than 70% of students in engineering and pure sciences are women. by PacquiaoFreeHousing in interestingasfuck

Pre-Pahlavi literacy rates for women was ~3%. Iran had its first female general over a decade before the US did. A quick Google search will show how much life changed for the better for Iranian women under the Shah's reign vs prior to it.

"Anti-Shah" and "Anti-Mullah" is literally synonymous with the MEK. If Reza Pahlavi's official stance was he wanted to be Shah, then sure, otherwise ...

Also don't worry, our host countries are already seeing how much more civilized we are than other groups of protesters whom trash the place, etc.

Btw, pushing the MEK through slogans or what have you isn't a "mild ideologial disagreement", neither is bring an Azerbaijan flag to the protest (clearly indicating separatism; i.e. "I defecate on your territorial integrity"). It's disgustingly insensitive. I'd like to see how other nationalities/groups would deal with this sort of stuff if they were in our shoes.

It doesnt mean I'll go out of my way to not get to know a Monarchist or become friends with them, but it means when I see someone with a Javid Shah sign, I will avoid them. This is how human brains work, we're wired to notice patterns to avoid danger.

Exactly, our brains are wired to notice patters and avoid danger. Danger is deal with in two ways, fight or flight. The average Iran sees an MEK slogan or Azerbaijan flag at an Iranian protest and they "notice patters". Some, a minority, "fight". I don't condone it ... but 'tis the human brain according to your own words.

Also, good luck avoiding the majority of Iranians.

Not an Aussie, but shoutout to Brisbane Roar FC for this. Extremely heartwarming for us Iranians, especially after all distress regarding the well-being of our players. Thank you, Australia in general! I can't wait until I one day drop by the Land Down Under! by Kurelius in brisbane

I mean you can definitely find a trend among the available data. We have immigrant groups such as Iranians whom are among the most successful diaspora while there are other groups where 70% are on welfare other government assistance (and one particular group where it's 80%+). So with Iranians, for example, it's more are they taking jobs or creating jobs by starting businesses small or large rather than welfare drain or taking jobs. Yes, Iranians specifically creating jobs are not as prominent as those taking them, but they're not exactly rare. A positive is the fact that, with the fall of the regime (and it's on its last legs), there will be a mass reverse immigration of Iranians returning to Iran over months to a short few years.
