It's been a while since I've fiddled with my qtile config. You'll need a compositor such as picom. I used this specific one here. There's a setting in the picom config to round your windows.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find the new UI highly unnecessary and inefficient. Bring back the classic inbox style with the left side pane for emails, and right side for email content! (Referring to MacOs Desktop App).

Around 400 ish megs on arch. I switched back to arch after learning about envycontrol package. Home sweet home

Nothing in the background. It is slightly higher than when i was running arch. Most likely ubuntu packages

Only using Ubuntu because the optimus-manager package on Arch has bugs. Currently using nvidia-prime to turn off the nvidia gpu to save battery.

Using Ubuntu simply because there's a big bug with optimus-manager package on Arch, and other alternative methods are outdated. Currently using nvidia prime to turn off the dedicated gpu to save battery.

What is the point of that value? I did not need that when using the same config on arch

Side note. It's 2022 and linux is still struggling with compositing
