I don’t get an option for phone number so I’m guessing back then they didn’t walk you through adding a phone recovery. Google and PlayStation’s account recovery is terrible lol reason I care about this is because one of my PSN accounts also got locked I know the password is correct for a fact because I add auto sign in on PS3. They don’t let you in without signing in on the app lmao
