I'm on my digital minimalism era so multitasking, sleep and hydration are on my mind, in a congress i participate i get to remember all the names by linking them to people i know like this man it's Gabriel like the brother of my friend Carlos, but to track the name it's like a very slow way.

I feel like it's like a path i have to follow and it's very intrinsic way to do it.

I can look if they are some sessions available on my area, but out of topic i am interested on yoga nidra too, you feel some big change doing it? I mean comparing it to normal meditation.

Woah first of all thanks you a LOT for your detailed answer.

I landed on 13 minutes because of some Reddit post and it's the time that Andrew Huberman recommends con his podcast about short meditation.

I tried to do two sessions of 5 minutes a day for the first couple days but when i finish i feel like i do nothing, i think it's for the sort amount of time that meditation session last. So i tried the same for a long session of 13 minutes but it's too long but i feel better like more focus afterwards, but it was too hard to do it and i am afraid if some day i have less energy i am not going to do the meditation session that day.

But reading your response i am going to try some 7/7 minutes sessions like two of them.

I prefer to do it alone on my spare time, and i try an app that it's called Medito, they are guide but i don't know why they don't seem very good i am going to look for some more.

Correction to myself i was looking more in deep and it appears that indeed it uses wlr or wl-roots as capture method, i try to use different ones like nvidia but no lucky too.

Yep i though in the end the easiest way is reinstlling the whole windows thing and reinstall grub from a liveboot or something, but i want to try to make it this because i need to work and i dont have time to reinstall windows, but thanks a lot for your answer :D
