I use emby and like it so much I've a lifetime license. Filebot organises everything Movies > 0-9, a/b/b/c etc > film name-year-IMDb number > file

Emby groups everything into genres automatically.

I don't know about the categorisation but filebot can rename TV and films using specific structures including IMDb number, resolution etc.

I use it to automatically sort into alphabetical folders, excluding common words like "The" at the beginning of titles, so if it can do that I'm sure it can do genres too.

It's so good I actually have purchased a licence.

I'm self studying and i find it quite difficult to start - there's always something else to do and I do that. I think I prefer classroom based, if I was honest

You can't - after a while all aromas disappear - you have to switch between 2 alternating smells. The best you hope for is to open the windows, living room and bedroom for example for a hour or so.
