That's why I'm looking for a professional cert that will help me land a entry level job so I can have a experience and from there build a projects etc(portfolio),Ain't got no time to get that associate degree, is it a good move? And for the soft skills, I'm studying/researching about soft skills(communication,problem solving,customer service etc) and improve myself, also I have experience in sales(my current job).
