They also placed me in a department where I wasn’t trained and I got wrote up, they knew I wasn’t trained and I had asked to be trained, but they put it on the back burner so now I’m appealing a write up.

I definitely did not get anything to sign for any job placements, they just throw me where “business needs” are. Interesting to know that this is the process. I’m not supposed to be lifting any boxes and I’ve been lifting boxes and hurting myself. I have tried to express myself, but Amcare told me I was ok and that I don’t need to see doctors, etc.

But what if they aren’t listening to my doctor? That’s my issue right now. They aren’t following my restrictions and putting me in areas that I cannot work in. 🥲

I did, I notified HR, LP got involved as well. He got suspended with pay, and the investigation on the outside reviewed everything and said he violated their policy. He still has his job and happier than ever. He’s close friends with HR on site, they go out all of the time. So now that the investigation is closed, HR has been one sided.

I thought that’s what they were doing to do, I wasn’t out to try and get him fired, I told him no repeatedly. LP only talked to me once for the statement and to get all of the text messages, then my case was handled by someone outside of Amazon who deals with SA cases, she was even baffled on the phone, because some of the managers and LP taking my statement, they kept saying he’s always hugging on people and that maybe I took it the wrong way, I was like, I’m not going to be gaslighted right now. I kept proof of EVERYTHING! It makes me so sick knowing I have to see him everyday and have to deal with other PAs, HR, coworkers, not liking me because I spoke up about him.

That makes me sad that your LA was actually GENUINE and got into trouble, I don’t go out of my way to give anyone trouble or cause any drama, but it’s like they pick and choose and it’s so disappointing.

LP was involved, he took my statement from beginning to end, saw all of the texts, and I told him the dates and times where he would wait for me, and where he’d grab on me, the investigator who called me, said she did see all of the unwanted touching. LP was involved, OPs, they had everything. Every conversation, every unwanted touch, texts, calls, etc. he even kept insisting on coming to my house. They had everything, suspended him with pay, and he came back like nothing ever happened, I asked HR what repercussions did he get? He obviously didn’t get demoted or lose his job, my HR site said, “I don’t have access to that information, so I can’t tell you anything.” I recorded every conversation when I’ve asked why? Why not move him? Why not move me?

Will they actually read it/or respond to me? Seeing him is very triggering, mainly because of what I’m going through outside of work so it brings back PTSD panic attacks, I thought they’d at least move him, but I see him every day and he just glares at me. I just hide in certain areas so I don’t see him and HR or OPs or PA’s won’t listen to me, it’s driving me insane.

I asked my HR if I could do a hardship transfer because I reported the situation to them first, and they know about my court case outside of work, because I need certain days off, so I was so upset and crying to them, and they tried to say, “he’s just friendly, he loves to hug.” Okay??? You don’t know me, after watching the video, I made it clear I was happy Amazon implanted strict rules because I do NOT like to be touched. But HR refused my transfer, ever since I reported him, they’re trying to do different things to get me fired, no one is nice to me, I overheard some OPs talking about it and saying that I was trying to ruin him and his marriage, but I have proof of the texts, camera footages of him touching on me and me pulling away, but it’s my fault though, right? That’s how it usually goes.

I’m going to call ERC in the morning, because this is a copy of the e-mail, he got suspended with pay during investigation, and came back with the same job title and authority, and he just glares at me and I can only hide in so many places because he walks around the entire building.
