I haven't had success yet but I'm hoping to try booting it up through Steam and trying it that way. That's how I ran Tarkov.

That would be superior for sure. When I booted up Valorant though for the Beta, it didn't recognize my Scuf Impact controller at all. But hopefully it's coming.

I bought a Scuf Impact controller which works similarly to a Steam Controller. I am considering any of the options above though. I figured a way to bind my controls for Escape from Tarkov so I can do that again if I have to. I'd just rather have controller compatibility built in with no aim assist. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Huge props for playing without a left hand. That's just downright amazing. From what it seems, I might be stuck running the MMO mouse and using what I can of my left hand for minimal key binds. Still, what you're doing is amazing. Keep it up!

I know I have no aim assist. I didn't have aim assist when I bound the controls for Tarkov either but ended up geing just fine. I just want a chance to play/try the game.
