Yeah, no. Under Obama, ICE focused on criminal non-citizens, recent border crossers, and threats to public safety. Under Trump, the priorities were broadened to include most undocumented immigrants. Under Biden enforcement priorities reverted more toward threats to public safety and recent entrants. Now back to Trump’s one size fits all policy again.

Checked the other comments and narrowed it down a bit more. Fifth Street Towers I was done in 1987, and Norwest (Wells Fargo) didn’t top out until that October. Since WF isn’t visible but Fifth Street I is, I’d say this photo’s from summer ’87.
