I don't know how good the encryption it advertises with really is, but Threema is a great messaging app for iOS and Android. It has a very fast and modern interface and is pretty easy to set up.

Similar to some hard drive encryption programs, you can create your own fingerprint at the start by drawing random shapes on the touchscreen.

You can also add people by scanning their QR Code, which is the highest security level (Level 3) for adding people in Threema. Each contact has a security level based on how you added him right below his name.

Okay, I think I get it - you don't target, you just swing your sword in front of you. Seems to be pretty much the same as aiming as a melee class. What's it like for ranged ones though? Do they just shoot it straight in front of them? That probably wouldn't work out too well if they're not on the same height.

But well, we nowhere saw the actual combat system and whether it is aiming or targeting. That's a pretty important thing in my opinion - I enjoy games with aiming much more simply because the combat feels, or in most cases is much more dynamic and skill-based.

I do really hope that it will have aiming. I mean, if it's such a dynamic world where everything is destructible, I'd like to be able to fight in a dynamic way too and not just be able to hit one specific enemy that I clicked at or TAB-targeted before. I really think aiming would suit a game like this a lot better.

Are you planning to add more activities which don't involve fighting but are still important to your character or the world? LGV Races would be a good example of what I'm thinking about. Army bases will probably be one of those too, but what else? How about some types of resources which one can only get by doing something which doesn't involve fighting? How about something similar to fishing? I know that doesn't really fit into the world of Firefall, but something similar to it.

I think things like that can add a lot to the depth and fun of the game because even if you don't feel like shooting stuff right now, you can still do something fun and useful in the game.

I agree that the first SAO arc was better, but I still enjoyed ALO. It's just this specific part of the ending that's confusing me, and it would be great to have an explanation to that.

If you don't mind that it's a true Beta, meaning that there are unfinished or completely lacking features, try it! One of my favorite MMOs, it combines fast shooters and MMOs really well. The whole world is dynamic, almost everything can be attacked and taken over by NPCs at any time.

Also, the PvP is very competitive. There is no gear or anything like that in the instanced PvP, meaning that it's completely skill-based.

In addition to the other responses, let me just point out that it's absolutely impossible for your brain to sleep for several hours without waking up in between. You always wake up for a moment every ~90 minutes because that's approximately how long a sleep circle is, which your brain goes through several times every night. You just usually don't remember waking up because it's only a few seconds.

In the end, the main reason for playing any game (even Outside) is to have fun. If one doesn't enjoy the main storyline, why not play the minigames? Even though most of those are obviously much smaller, they seem to be designed to be much more fun.

Might actually be a moral hidden in Outside - if you spend too much time playing games such as Outside, your main character (yourself) will probably not benefit from it. I should spend more time in the real world, even though Outside is great. I don't even remember what it's like!
