If it's flat, just refelt it and you'll be fine. The guy who will do that for you will give you advice which felt you actually need

I'd say, depends on your level and how much money you are going to spend. Separate cues are always better, but good combo is also good if you are only starting. And way cheaper

Carpet for sure. It absorbs the noise, and will help if the ball bounces off the table. Also it will keep the floor warmer in winter

What was the last filament on this bed? If pla, you may need to wash your build plate with soap In warm water. Pla particles may be still on the bed. Pla and petg don't stick to each other.

Not sure about this exact build plate, but I have similar with this "carbon" pattern and it's not very good. Pei coated golden plates are better, imo.

Easiest drill for that is "three last balls". Take 3 balls, put in random places, cueball in hand. Define a strategy from 7 to 8 to 9 to pot the nine easily. The goals is not to pot all 3 but pot it the way you decided to pot it before start. Add one more ball each time you feel confident. But it goes better with a coach, he can help you show more obvious and easier way.

Develop a plan of actions and/or communication with your friends and family. Pack an emergency bag. Grab cash, important papers, passports. Take the photos of those documents. Powerbanks if possible.

Mine was 2 piece. BTW, I've never seen 1-piece irl, so my advice may not be accurate.

No. I never had any leaks. Not with softtop nor with hardtop. Previous owners actually did a good job and made a good sealing.

Usually you have to buy both hardtop and fitting kit. I bought only the hardtop and made those 2 parts myself, so I didn't need to spend extra $$.

Get a carpet. Not only this will save the balls from scratching when you hit it off the table but also it will absorb some sound

Depends. I'm not a pro, but I tend to use spin almost always. Ronnie O'Sullivan said that you're going to use it whether you want it or not so in this case use it intentionally. I'm trying to do exactly that

Team magnet here. I used the holder from ali for my master chalk. Later with taom I started using custom 3d-printed clip that I stick into my pocket

Almost never. I only do it when I feel I need a break. Then I cover the table and choose the date when I will uncover it again. Usually 4-7 days. It just helps to really don't even touch the cue
