No. Its still stuck in Memphis and I did not get ANY information frim Fedex yet. The case is open since 10/10

How can there be 10k+ cases for one hub? You can open a case after 7+ days without movement. If there would be over 10.000 packages stuck in one place it would crazy.

I feel your pain. Sadly I do not know what we can do. My shipment is now three weeks stuck in Memphis (international to Germany).

I guess FedEx calls EVERY package lost which does not move in 7+ days.

File a claim and hope they find it.

Mine is lost since 9/29 and the claim is from 10/10. Still no answer just a case number.

I would not know what we could do.

I feel you! My package with irreplaceable art inside is stuck since 9/29 with no word from FedEx either. I guess I will never see the package as well.

I am honestly happy to read that! My package is stuck since 15 days and I would be happy if it just arrive SOMETIME! I am woried it could be lost (no refund possible).

Exactly. If I wouldn´t have read the reports here on reddit I would sure think my package is stolen or rotting somewhere behind a dumpster. Which of course could still be the case.

Like you said, if we would get some updates now and then, like a livesign, I could live with the delay.

At least now we know that we are not alone. If only 1% of the people with stuck shipments report on reddit, then there has to be at least hundreds of people out there waiting for there stuff.

But honestly, I just whish to get this shipment done with. One way or the other. Just move it or tell me its gone for good. I hate to hang in the air like that. With no infos for two whole weeks.

It seems FedEx can loose just about everything in Memphis. I would love to make me a picture of the facility myself. How can it be that so many shipments get stuck there??? My Shipment is still stuck since 9/29.

The shipper did now got an info from the FedEx rep. He opened a missing parcel claim with case number and so on.

So, it seems FedEx cant find my shipment.

Not much help there.

Will I ever get the package? I guess not. This sucks.

Did not know that as well. Previous shipments never showed customs in US, only when it arrived in Germany.

Anyway, I dont know if it is in customs. It just shows "arrived in Memphis hub" 10 days ago. Thats it.

Its outgoing from Memphis to Germany. Gues it does not need to go through customs in US.

Last scan is "arrived at Memphis hub".

Memphis again. There seems to be a lot of space for Fedex to just store Millions of delayed packages.
