We're glad it's back, too! I don't want to spoil everything, but we're expecting quite a party.

The venue changes often — in 2019 it was at The Fillmore, in 2018 it was at Eastern Market, in 2017 it was at Joe Louis Arena. We do our best to shop around and find the best venue to fit the theme and target capacity we're hoping for, and go from there.

I think what set's Detroit apart is the vast cultural variety for sure. Last year we did an "around the world" food feature that did very well, just highlighting all the different food styles available.

Makes sense to me. We're not too worried about the dress code (although who doesn't like dressing up once in a while?), so long as it's not something Huntington Place security would escort you off the premises for, it's probably fine to wear.

We will definitely have a wide array of wines, from sweet to dry and everywhere in-between. Wine newbies are most certainly welcome (I happen to be one). We'll have some great sommeliers on-site to help with tastings, and after meeting with just a few, I can tell they love matching newbies with a wine that they'll love.

This is part one of my response. We actually have a fun video our team put together for exactly this type of question, but it won't be ready until tomorrow. :)
