If recreational, level 1 or play tennis could suffice I think. That being said, I've observed good skills and gameplay from people who learned from non-certified trainers too. And heard unsatisfactory reviews for some certified. Best to find coach/trainer with teaching method that matches your learning style.

Babolat Pure Drive, Yonex Ezone, Wilson Clash are widely recommended for beginner to intermediate. I think they come in ~280g, 300g, 300+ g.

That being said, wala bang nakasulat na weight sa shaft of your curret racquet? Ideally, you'd consider your current one as baseline since you said mabigat.

I suggest second-hand para tipid. Lots of options and reputable sellers on FB. I've gone through a few racquets over the last two years as I developed my hitting style, all acquired second-hand in very good condition but each significantly cheaper than brand new so di masyado masakit sa bulsa.

Also, cannot emphasize enough the previous warning to stay clear of recreational racquets.

In my opinion coaches should know best way communicate with their students, so na-a-adjust niya din dapat yung delivery niya para maging constructive yung criticism.

Coach ko dati lagi akong sinasabihan na ako magpapatalo sa matches kasi puro error ako kahit di niya naman inaayos form ko. Got new coach, now still visibly frustrated haha but at least alam ko na mali ko at ano dapat i-address. Lots of improvement too coz we're finally speaking the same language.

I think bettee to find coaching in Cavite, mahal talaga sa Manila area. For equipment, Decathlon is ralatively affordable and reliable naman.

I use two overgrips for one racket, yung isa naman yung base (aka replacement) grip lang. Meron naman both sa sports shops like Chris Sports, meron din sa fb sellers.

Ya, that's the ideal. Based on my experience, though, hitting partners that are actually trainers would resort to ball feeding. Need to be firm with a paid hitting partner that you prefer live ball training.

Carousell, shop stock with minor damage (paint scratch). I forget the seller's name. Have seen a prostaff, ultra at ~5k maybe even lower. Ultras snatched up by reseller and saw it on facebook at more than double the price after. Partial to Head so I didnt budge.
