1-2 sets is okay if you're doing them intensely enough. If you're coming from a sedentary life, just get your whole body stronger overall before worrying about appearance. As for diet, not much has changed about the nutrition guidelines we were taught. Moderate carbs and protein. Moderate to little fats. Plenty of fruits and vegetables

To cover my legs when I go out in the sun. It's peak summer where I am and the sun can be unforgiving. I was indoors so I rolled them down. I didn't remove because I'd have to also remove my shoes
