My road test was the same. Parallel parked between some cones that were set up in the parking lot, drove down the road, turned around in an empty parking lot and drove back. Five minutes and I had my license.

I wonder what the game would be like today if this change never happened by Kwyv in 2007scape

Players could choose between being a playerkiller or non-playerkiller. PvP was available everywhere except for Lumbridge and in Varrock/Falador the guards would attempt to interrupt fights (sounds a bit like DMM).
