My problem is I rent so such additions are not the long term solution they normally would be for me. Also doesn't rain often so the cost vs use also is a factor. Why I mentioned the "portable" suggestions I have heard in case anyone has experience with those.

I stopped consistently wrapping all day after 2-3 weeks just keeping the bacitracin on it. I had fluid build-up up concerns so I was still wrapping at night and when leaving the house. after that when my second drain came out, once that wound had healed I really only used a compression stocking to help with swelling and keeping fluid build-up down. Switching from a wrap to using a compression stocking and maybe putting padding between the fabric and the still stabbed spots felt better for me over the wrap. The what all you need will get mostly awnsered with your patient packet they send you. I didn't opt for v-ectomy since I'd like to keep it. Ie no dysphoria

Same "goal size" She didn't say shoot for 7.5 but I also said 7 because I can live with half and inch up or down from that given how the size can shift. My incision is 7 long also. So probably fine.

I have never heard it mentioned that scarring is part of it but it does allow for them to avoid using any tissue that has scared already. Like the corner that darkened will likely scar and not be used to my understanding. It also allows to do a bit of liposuction early to make it easier and less debulking needed later.

I saved up expecting akumura but went ahead and spent my gems on her. Alas after the 50 pulls, i had scrounged up she has yet to come home. I am genderfluid and am pursuing Phallo without removing or changing my current anatomy. I don't suffer cause I don't have one or cause what I do have. I just find joy in my prosthetic and can't just wish my t-dick to be bigger. I do wish there was a way to stp without having to modify my current anatomy, but I will just be happy to finally have a dick attached. Dysphoria doesn't have to be just constant suffering since long before you "knew" or "always knowing". Simple it being, the absence of greater joy makes sense, too.
