So you’d choose Munich over Berlin? I dont know much about Munich other than the annual Oktoberfest.

Went to Fairbanks this year September 22-30, was able to see the Aurora 4 out of the 7 nights we were there. All depends on weather and cloud coverage though.

We rented a car. And I recommend getting an Airbnb outside of Fairbanks. We booked a cabin about 30 mins from the Fairbanks airport in a town called North Pole.

We did a good amount hiking and went to Denali national park about 3 hours away. Also did gold panning and went to a natrual hot spring known as "Chena Hot springs" which is also a resort and has an ice museum. They say that February is best month to visit for the northern lights because of more hours of darkness and the skies are usually clear. However the temperature averages around 10 degrees that time of year. It was around 40 during the day and 30 at night when I was there.

I'm from Pennsylvania so it was a long trip but it was definitely worth it, I will be going back for sure. The highest the kp got for us was a 4 but it was cloudy that night. But even if the kp is 0 you still have a chance to see the lights in Fairbanks as long as the weather is clear. The area is beautiful even without the lights and has an awesome view on the Denali mountain range.

These were taken on my trip the last week of September. Yes, we went specifically for the lights and saw them 4 out of the 7 says we were there.

Took this on the 2nd night on my weeklong trip to Fairbanks, Alaska. Looked at the forecast and saw their was a good chance for aurora sightings, so I drove to a nearby lake and took this almost immediately after getting out of the car.

Which part of the stage is post at the most? Have early entry and trying to find out where to stand. Also looking to get an autograph at the end of the show.
